Keys N Krates

KnK have to be one of Toronto’s top music exports. Their sound is fresh, their show is innovative, plus not to mention they’re all stand up guys. Whether it’s playing to a rammed Supermarket for CMW, opening for Nero/Pretty Lights at the Phoenix, or stunning Camp Bisco, this trio looks like they’re enjoying every bit of their rise. It’s been some time, but today marks the release of a couple brand new mixes of tracks originally produced by OK GO and Florence and the Machine.

Their OK GO remix, while taking it down a step, still gets my overwhelming approval. Smooth, slick and soulful are adjectives that pretty much sum up this must hear rmx.

Next we have a moombathon inspired version of Florence’s “Postcards from Italy”.

And what the hell, I’ll throw in the killer disco track “Give Me the Night” from last year that they collaborated with Van City’s own Grandtheft on.
