It’s officially been too long since we’ve heard from this guy. Fin Dow-Smith (aka Starsmith) has helped produce material for artists such as Ellie Goulding, Toronto’s own Lights, Lady Gaga, N.E.R.D, Katy Perry, Bombay Bicycle Club, Little Boots, Marina & The Diamonds, Paloma Faith, Penguin Prison, Frankmusik and Timbaland. Not to mention his personal catalogue that’s filled with his own originals/remixes is basically stand alone. His recent remix of St Lucia’s “We Got It Wrong” has a rock solid bass line that’s lightened up by some synths, bloops and bleeps.
